One of my mates has told me that the boat show will be on TV this weekend  - unfortunately he didn't know what time or day.  Anyone know about this?

According to Ch4 Website, it will be on Sunday 13th @ 07:30 too...

The London Boat Show looks at what's new on the water for 2008. The programme also discovers how to get rescued firing flares, cross the Atlantic in convoy, and go family boating on a budget, plus there are gadgets galore. Presented by Jon Desborough and Alice Plunkett.

I'm just basing my guess on the past "advertorial" programs that have accomponied the Boat Show- used to be on ITV I think. Really, really bad TV.

Usual breakneck speed canter through the wide range of boating activities,  not surprising that newcomers get so confused about what aspect of boating to start.

Plenty of focus on luxury motor boats,  little sail stuff,  although great to see the Yachts and Y 'Pimp my Boat' Fireball featured,  definitely the star of the programme.
