Best buy of the year: my pimp SELK Sleeping bag! £90 is not too much for a sleeping bag whatever anyone says! closely followed by my 24" widescreen pc screen... Worst buy of the year: Frequent dodgy pints which made me ill  Film of the year: Transformers. if 3 people agree it must be true? surely?! TV show of the Year: Top Gear. Worst bit - dicovering that my Canoe had wet rot instead of internal framing
Best bit - realising I was leading the IC fleet a couple of times at the Grafham Open in spite of the (yet too be discovered) rot! Or maybe seeing one of my bits of typing as a front page Feature in YY (thanks Gael!) Website - mine of course [grin] or Cricinfo when AUS are winning. |

turbo guiness was invented on a big night out in Chester over the weekend of the Bala Whit Regatta.... In a club at about 1am ish, out of left field Stuberry buys a round of Guiness and its not sitting very well after the curry, lots of previous beers and a good 2 hour spent in Revolution. I ask the barman to pass me a knife and fork to help me digest the Guiness... instead he passes me a Smirnoff ICE. Turbo Guiness was much better than just straight Guiness at the time! I'm not normally one to water down my drinks with such piss but I still stand by my decision! If you want a proper dodgy drink you want a double Sambuca mixed with a double Jagermeister.
