Need a bit of advice.

We need to redo the kicker on the Flying 15.

Now most FF's have a cascade system, I cannot see why a couple of treble pulleys with swivels cannot do the same job.

2 Questions -

1. Advantages of one system over another

2. How the hell do you thread a cascade system

Thanks in advance

Cascade is better for lower friction but has less travel - I'd always choose a cascade if there is enough travel ... drawing on Tuesday ... what purchase do you want/need?

Red is wire or exotic rope type stuff

Blue is rope

Thats the set up we had on the 400 i think its a 16:1 cascade with two ends (led back to either side of the thwart). Il draw up the singe ended version at another point im to tiered to be bother right now.
