The Topper Forum is like a ghost town & I would dearly like to know what the cost of the Topper Inlands at Grafham & the Nationals at North Berwick are likely to be? - also is there a Regatta Fleet at the Inlands?

im not too sure about costs but there won't be a regatta fleet at the inlands
