Its been around a long time. The "sit in the middle" trimaran foilers don't seem to have been very successful, although one got a very good time at Speedweek last year

The manufacturer does not guarantee the boat above the speed of 26 knots (30 mph). To stay within this speed, it is recommended that an accurate speedometer be used."

Is there an ejector seat for when this speed is reached?! Just having mental images of Top Gun here, someone struggling to reach their ejection handle!!

Whooossshhhhh

thats the sound that gets made when you miss the point!

If its raw speed you want then try a jet ski/powerboat/motorbike if your after setting speed records then its not gonna break any so pointless in that respect.

I therfore, IMHO, pronounce it as NAFF
