What's the mainsheet material and diameter of choice for a Laser Pico.

Looks to require 10m of 7mm. (Although the existing seems to be 8mm)

I've found Polilite, Liros Magic. Assume these are brand names amd mean nothing to me.

My local Chandler didn't have anything as 'nice' as the mainsheets I'm replacing so I need to know what to search for.

7mm seems a bit thin for young fingers to grasp?

I yearn for the days of my youth when you didn't research, you just bought whatever the chandler had and lived with it.

Some people use 6mm on Lasers. I tried, but with my aging arthritic hands I much prefer 8mm

Yeah,I ended up getting bog standard 8mm braided polyester, I'm sure there is a better Gucci alternative but I got fed up looking.

7mm was ludicrously thin, I'm glad I didn't buy the stuff recommended by online sellers.
