Not sure if this is the best place to ask but does any one know of any tasars unwanted or for sale at there club they seem to be like gold dust and i cant find any for sale. the tasars on the website seem to be all sold.

I believe the UK agent has just ordered a batch of new ones from Oz, so there may be a few 2nd hand ones coming up for sale soon. Fantastic boat - and the new rig looks great. IMO no other boat has such attention to the detailed design.

I've 'nearly' bought one several times and then wimped out and gone for 'more popular' boats. Next time definitley...

And yes, I do support the the new rig. Before I get accused of being inconsistent (not supporting a carbon Radial rig), I think there is a difference. This is a class led initiative to revive withering fleets, not an IOC initiave to alter the class demographics.

I bought mine in the Autumn on ebay. Don't really know the age but is light, strong and ding free.   New sails on the way.   Make sure you download the manual and read it (many times).  I do not believe there has ever been such a manual written before.  Its more of a very readable academic paper by Frank Bethwaite.
