This seems very good, though I was surprised nee disbelieving at a couple of the outcomes, but I am not a rules pro.
Has anyone played this? Is it accurate?

Since Uli is an IJ and member of the ISAF Racing Rules Committee I think you can safely assume that the answers are more likely to be right than wrong. (That said, the quiz does sometimes rely on you interpreting the animation in a particular way which isn't always clear).

Only problem is that the plugin used for the diagrams is not supported in android. Will have to try next time I have the PC powered up
