So the birthday whipround has provided me with enough cash to replace my old Queensport hikers. Sandiline appears to be the kit of choice but do I go for the std 3/4 or the summer light? Thoughts please...

Not knowing anything about Sandiline Hikers, but knowing quite a bit about British summers, I doubt you'd ever need the summer light version in this country.

Go with standard 3/4 mate, I wear them year round and have done the same pair for 3 years.

Best hikers bar none!
