 PowerBall

I'm thinking of getting one or two of them !!!

Have you got one, are they good ?

Do you need two, ie one in each hand, or will one do ?

Can you fix them to your feet/legs ?

I sail a Star    and want a bit more strength , cant always get to the gym .

I have seen a couple of Stars on Oulton Broad when ive been up that way visiting family, is that you?  Always fancied a Star but they seem quite expensive to maintain.

Oh and sorry but I know nothing about the powerball.

Hi Nick Star Class

I have a power ball!

Great fun when you get the hang of it, which is easy to do,  it's just down to  practise.

It does seem to give your arms and hands a good work out

Dont think you need two and I can't see a way of using them for your legs/ feet

Great fun to get it going very fast then pass it to someone who has never used one!!!!

DON'T   what ever you do,   drop them though!

I have one ... never managed to make it spin fast though ...

The string to get it started dosn't seem to make it spin fast enough...

Buy some dumbells.

The string just starts it......

Think of the wrist action when stirring paint it's about the same, as the speed builds make the circles smaller- it's kinda like a rocking action but  with a a gentle flick of the wrist.

I have to say it's very adictive and if you have one with a rev counter on it then the challenge amongst friends can be great fun! and you're getting a great arm work out at the same time

I was thinking of getting one of those things, but I had no idea how to work them , but isn't £25 a bit expensive for a ball of plastic, or is there more to it than meets the eye??!
