I'll have to look that one up, I'm looking for a new boat at the moment!

Hey Gladys....what you are after is a smaller edition of the old topper BULL!  I think that was the name, on account of the horn'ed look, which was the track used to pivot the inboard end of the bowsprit..!

Looked pretty mean, if i recall correctly.

800:with changing the height you can vary planing, bigger waves raise the pole lift the bows flat water lower pole catch more wind!

100: why not have a new hull thats better for adults?

certainly larger people slow down the feva, better shape and bigger boat

Cover it with sail cloth .. Like they do with the 400 / 4k! Why would you *want* to change the height? Its an assymetric.

For the 100 i think a laser/topaz rival would be good:

1 - 2 person choice of main from like 5-7-10m

2 jib options

genny option.

with RS build quality could rival other boats of similar design

Feva with different mains.

You mean a pivoting bowsprit as per the pole on the 400 / 4k / Alto?

All new idea:

A pivoting bowsprit you can use a carbon gennaker pole to have a large assymetric but when fully extended the pole can pivot from the bow controlled by the gennaker sheets.

This allows for a larger and more controlable assymetric that can sail directly downwind.

Attach this to a 800 like rig with carbon spars, square top main, large jib, vertical raise rudder, 2 or three trapeze and a narrow hull with wide wings and you get a rellitivley simple (!) skiff that could outrun a tornado downwind!

P.S I want a patent on the pivoting genny pole that ould transform skiff sailing.

I agree doug, also the extra you would get for the boat whn you sell it (over a boat without a carbon mast)
