Mike Lennon has designed his Solo sails using a Technora membrane which has enabled him to produce a light, durable sail which holds its shape. The sail responds to adjustment of the kicker, Cunningham and outhaul to give excellent performance throughout the wind range.

There are designs for each of the masts popular in the class including the Cumulus, M7 and D+ sections.

The prototype sail has been sailing at Hayling since May 2014 used by Chris Powles who has been very enthusiastic about its performance and adjustability.
