Eastbourne Sovereign Sailing Club Frostbite Series - Preview

by Mark Fryer 27 Oct 2016 15:53 BST 30 October - 18 December 2016

Late season sea sailing is always a highlight at Eastbourne Sovereign Sailing Club and this year, the club is welcoming visitors to enter its Frostbite & Brass Monkey Series.

Open to all classes and commencing on Sunday 30 October, there will be two races back to back every Sunday through to 18 December, with the first start being at 11am. The cost is £40 for double-handers, £20 for single-handers and free to club members. Boat berthing is included in the entry fee.

So come along and finish your season in style! Pitch your talents against the likes of Eastbourne's RS800 legends Andy and Allyson Jeffries or Moth guru Alex Koukourakis. Being the home of the famous PRATT Racing Series, Eastbourne is also a great place to sail Lasers and other single-handers.

We're a friendly club, run by volunteers and we have a well stocked Bar and Galley. We're blessed with fantastic sailing conditions in Eastbourne Bay and launching is straightforward most of the time.

Hope to see you there!
