13 streakers started the first race in a north easterly breeze, which as usual for Yeadon was very shifting. Local Yeadon sailor Clive Wood has been coaxed out of retirement and led the first lap but ex-national champion Nick Lovell took the lead never to relinquish it. Brian Miatt from Ripon S.C. took second spot.
In race two the leading boat to the first mark was local sailor Andy Wood. Andy Wood, Jonathan Chappel and Nick Lovell swapped places throughout the race with a victory to Andy Wood, to the cheers of the Yeadon spectators, Jonathan Chappel doing turns just before the finish line.
In race three the first lap was led by Brian Miatt, then Nick Lovell took the lead never to be challenged.
