P&B manufacturers of World Championship-winning sails, spars and dinghies along with a retail shop selling quality sailing gear, is looking for a highly-motivated dinghy sailmaker and workshop assistant.

Sailmaker:

P&B are recruiting for a full-time sailmaker to work in their busy loft. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, able to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated Sailmaking or sail repair experience preferred but not necessary.

Pay is DOE/full benefits package available.

Work Shop assistant:

P&B are recruiting for a full time / part time assistant in their busy workshop. The role is mainly GRP / epoxy based but will entail an exposure to all trades from repair to full fitouts. No previous experience of boat repairing is required but is beneficial. Training and development will be provided to the successful candidate.

  • Willingness to sometimes work outside winter & summer
