Are you highly motivated, ambitious and a great team player? Do you have a fun, outgoing personality and love all things water sports?
We are currently looking for people with Sales and Marketing experience to fill two roles at Rooster HQ in Fareham to support the continued growth of our retail and wholesale business serving both the domestic and international markets. Sales Executive
- Experience of working within a sales and marketing environment
- Excellent computer literacy and previous experience using in-house CRM systems
- Experience in problem solving, thinking creatively, working under pressure and multitasking
- Have an excellent grasp of English and attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the water sports industry

Marketing Coordinator
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to fit the tone of the brand
- Excellent computer literacy and previous experience using in-house CRM systems
- Experience of building engagement on social media and an understanding of influencer marketing
- Ability to think creatively, analytically and collaboratively with impeccable attention to detail
- Knowledge of HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and Mailchimp an advantage
- An active interest in water sports would be an advantage
