When Ffion Bailey infringed brother Jac's Tera – he offered a new alternative penalty - either do a 720 or rescue Mark Taylor's snowman - seen floating around the wing mark, having jumped ship a few moments earlier. Ffion chose the later and the snowman was duly saved, to crew, if willing, for Mark another day.

Perhaps Mark (RS300) should have had a reindeer crewing as Alistair (Storky) Mclaughlin did. Whether it was Rudolph was not established but it certainly was quick as Storky won his class in the North Wales Christmas Regatta. Three races were held after a long wait for a light cross tide wind for the 21 strong fleet, all adequately attired in mandatory Santa hats.
