August & September winners announced in Henri Lloyd Report of the Month

The sailing season may be winding down now, but the reports are still coming in thick and fast from events up and down the country and from around the world. We're delighted to announced the August and September winners of the Report of the Month sponsored by Henri Lloyd!

August's winner was the Poole Yacht Racing Association Cherbourg and back races. Ken Morgan wrote a lively account of the racing across the English Channel and the 'annual PYRA International Boules Championship' which was won by the Blue Extasy team on a drizzly Sunday morning in Cherbourg. A perfect day to us a Henri Lloyd Dri-Pac!

September's winner was the report by Alex Harris of the Cherub National Championships at Royal Torbay Yacht Club. This is a highly entertaining report from a class which is always showing innovation. There are also a plethora of unusual awards made at the prize giving which are very well described.

Both authors will be sent Henri Lloyd Dri-Pacs for their efforts. As well as writers winning prizes, all those who nominate winning reports are also in with a chance of winning a Henri Lloyd Dri-Pac. Our lucky winners in this draw are Robert Smallwood and Eddie Mays.
