With just 2 weeks to go, leading Marine Industry Recruitment Specialist Marine Resources is revving up once again to host its now famous annual Charity Boat Show Party during the Southampton Boat Show.
The party will once again be supporting the Andrew Simpson Sailing Foundation and offers a fantastic opportunity for show exhibitors, industry professionals and the sailing and water sports community to get together and have a few drinks. Most importantly it is a fabulous opportunity to raise money for their chosen charity.
This year the party will be held at Fantini's in Town Quay, Southampton on Friday 23rd September. Doors will be opening at 8:30pm with £5 entry, all proceeds of which going to charity. Marine Resources are delighted to be supporting the Andrew Simpson Sailing Foundation, a fantastic charity that aims to inspire young people by giving them a chance to experience sailing and reach their full potential in the sport.
In its new venue in the heart of the boat show action, the party promises to be better than ever. Top DJ, Olympic silver medallist and world champion sailor Mark Covell AKA DJ Silver Sailor will be ramping up the tunes. Alongside his on-water achievements Mark has DJ'd at many prestigious events. Fantastic raffle prizes, free drinks and further drinks promotions will be available throughout the night. This year sees the addition of free Pizza's courtesy of YachtsandYachting.com and Sail-World.com. Be sure to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
