Every Wednesday during the Summer months, the Dragons at Fleetwood meet for a couple of hours of fun sailing.

This week was the first sailing of the third series 2016 during the Summer months. There was an 18:30 start time to aim for about eight races in total.

From the 8 races sailed this week, we had four individual skippers posting a first place from the 12 skippers present.

Chris Chatsfield was crowned the overall winner for the day, with John Plant coming second and Eric Reid making third place.

B rigs used mainly through out with the odd stock A sail that's comes with the ready made boat.

A good steady wind of about 13 - 15 mph for the whole evening and it remained dry with average cloud cover.

At the end summary, Derek gave us a clarification on the 4 boat length rule when approaching a buoy.
