P&B Surviving The Heatwave
The perfect weather has finally arrived so we hope you have all made the most of the UK heatwave!
Whilst on the water, its important to make sure you are wearing the correct clothing to keep cool and more importantly stop you from burning!
Hats:
Our bestselling summer headwear range includes the Zhik Visor, if you’re a little more traditional the Musto fast dry crew cap, is just as popular with the design available in a multitude of colours they also have useful clip to attach to your sailing kit making it hard to lose.

If you are worried about burning your ears the Musto fast dry brimmed hat, a sailing classic offers plenty of coverage.
Sailing wetsuit:
We also offer a range of light weight wetsuits, these garments offer protection from both impact and UV - they also add some warmth as the UK still has the wind chill factor!
Our range includes the Zhik Micro Fleece Suit, Gill Speed Skin and Crewsaver P2 0.7mm Long John.

Sunglasses:
P&B have a large selection of Sunglasses. Gill Racing Sunglasses, our one of our best sellers thay are designed to keep the sun and spray at bay and come with a strap that keeps them firmly in place, suitable for rough conditions. Alternatively, Gul CZ Pro glasses come with a case and a floating feature so all is not lost if they end up swimming.

505s
The countdown to the 505 SAP Worlds is all most over, with 100 entries this popular class continues to thrive. It’s been a busy week and the sail loft team are currently finishing a batch of 10 spinnakers in time for the event.
Looking to the championship we hope that the recent form of our teams - Andy Smith and Tim Needham, Mike Holt and Carl Smit and Ian Pinnell and Alex Davies - will enable a UK team to claim the title once again!
Don’t forget to make your last minuet orders Ian
Pinnell will be more than happy to deliver to the event.
