There was a good turnout of Toppers at the West Lancashire Yacht Club Topper Open on Saturday 28th May. There was a little bit of wind to start with, going on and off throughout the race, with lots of shifts making it very tricky. Well done to Lorcan Knowles who was the winner in that race.

The next race came with even less wind than the previous race. Again Lorcan Knowles was the winner and with 2 firsts counting he had already won the event. He went out and won the last race as well making it a clean sweep, which was quite an achievement in those conditions. In second place overall was Sam Cooper followed by Issy Wallwork in third.
