The Harken Fireball Inland Championship returns to Rutland for the first time in many years.
If you have not been before, Rutland provides a large sailing area. On shore you will find the plentifully stocked bar and galley plus the on-site chandlery will step up to cope with the influx of Fireball sailors.
This is a joint event with the Scorpion class, and both fleets will be enjoying 6 races spread over 2 days. The usual course of triangle/sausage, or sausage/triangle will be in use.
There will be an excellent range of prizes courtesy of sponsors Harken.
There is accommodation available at the club – under £15 for a bunk in a dormitory, or a very basic camping site just across the road. Contact the club directly to book your accommodation (bunks) at www.rutlandsc.co.uk or contact the campsite via www.rutlandwatercampsite.co.uk
