Phaedo3 sets reference time in the Armor Mesh Around Redonda Race

As a warm up for the RORC Caribbean 600, Lloyd Thornburg and his crew on Phaedo3 took part in the inaugural Armor Mesh Around Redonda Race, setting a reference time of 4 hours and 5 minutes.
