Land Rover BAR, together with TeamOrigin Events, the organisers of the Louis Vuitton America's Cup World Series Portsmouth 2016 event, will again be exhibiting at the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show, in association with Yachts and Yachting, from 5-6 March 2016 at Alexandra Palace.

Having proved a huge success at the 2015 event, the Portsmouth-based America's Cup sailing & event teams will be in attendance next year as their preparations for the America's Cup step up a notch, ahead of the 35th America's Cup event in 2017.

Land Rover BAR is aiming to bring the Cup home as the British Challenger for the 35th America's Cup. In July 2015, the team claimed victory at the Louis Vuitton America's Cup World Series Portsmouth event, before going on to race in Gothenburg and Bermuda, finishing third overall in the 2015 series. The 2016 ACWS will continue with an event in the Middle East in February 2016.

Their interactive stand will offer exclusive insight into their Cup campaign, with interactive displays and competitions, whilst crew members and organisers of the Louis Vuitton America's Cup World Series 2016 event in Portsmouth will also be on hand to deliver a talk on the Suzuki Main Stage about their preparations and opportunities to spectate and get involved during the summer of 2016.

Duncan Truswell, RYA Sport Development Manager, said: "We are delighted to see Land Rover BAR and the event team return to the show. They were a great attraction last year and provided a fascinating insight to the birth of the team, the event programme and the rigours of their preparation for 2017.

"Their presence will once again give our visitors the insight and inspiration which makes the Dinghy show special as an event. It's great to get up close to your sailing heroes and get a unique glimpse into the world of high performance America's Cup sailing." Tickets for the 2016 Louis Vuitton America's Cup World Series Portsmouth will be available to buy from the Land Rover BAR stand during the show.

Advance tickets to the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show are available at a reduced rate of £10 to RYA members and £12.50 to non-RYA members. RYA Affiliated Clubs are encouraged to make a day of it, and if you make a group booking in advance of 10 or more people, affiliates can benefit from the RYA members price of £10 per person. All advance tickets will be available until midnight on Friday, 4 March 2016. A transaction fee of £1.50 applies to each transaction. Tickets will also be available on the door for £16 each and each adult ticket entitles you to bring up to two children free of charge. You can buy tickets online or by calling the ticket hotline on 0844 858 9069 (calls are charged at 7p per minute, plus network extras).

Don't forget to activate your show ticket or exhibitor pass at the Sailing World Cup stand in the Panorama Hall. This will give you free access to the spectators area at the Sailing World Cup on Saturday 11 June. By attending the event at Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy, you'll be able to watch the penultimate day's action on the big screen, with live-tracking and footage from the race courses, as well as enjoying expert commentary whilst you witness first-hand the final preparations for the Rio Olympics as the WPNSA Sailing World Cup draws to a conclusion.

The RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show will offer the perfect chance to kick start your sailing season in 2016, so make sure you get your tickets today.
