The first two winners in the Report of the Month sponsored by Henri Lloyd have been announced.

October saw a clear winner with Steve Bolland being inspired by National Poetry Day to write his 'Ode to Alton' about the RS300 Inlands. The rhyme wasn't always flattering to his fellow competitors, but we applaud the effort that clearly went into this piece. Comments received on the article included, "It breaks the mould of sterile result focused reporting and adds something to the 'names' competing, regardless of whether you know them or not."

Sadly Steve has declared this will be his last attempt at poetry. Maybe the Henri Lloyd Dri-Pac that he's won will persuade him to pick up his quill again one day?

Our November winner, with a flurry of votes the same day as publishing, is Jennie Clark's report from the RS Tera Northern Squad Training at Leigh & Lowton. The report opens with a great photo of the kids fitness session on Sunday and talks about the progress everyone has made and the fun that they've had - just what we want to hear about sailing!

Proposers of the article agreed, with comments such as "I like this report because it shows how inclusive sailing is and how much fun it is. Reef and get out there!". Well done Jennie, a Dri-Pac is on its way to you.

As well as our authors, two lucky proposers have also won themselves Dri-Pacs; congratulations to Simon Cray and Andrea Meanwell.

You can nominate any report from the last month to be in with a chance of winning a Henri Lloyd Dri-Pac and also help recognise the great work that our writers do in publicising sailing events up and down the UK and around the world.
