Entry for the Supernova Class Association's 20th Anniversary nationals is now live at www.supernovadinghy.org/nationals-2016

The Class is still growing, as demonstrated with nearly 70 at this year's nationals and nearly 60 at this year's Inlands. The Association has set a challenging target of 100 boats for the 20th year nationals but with 77 boats already signed up, that is becoming more of a possibility.

It is with great pleasure that the Association can announce sponsorship from Zhik for the 2016 National championships which is taking place in Llandudno from the 1st-3rd July. It is great for the class to gain support from one of the biggest specialist clothing suppliers in the business and the Supernova Dinghy Association committee and all of the class' members look forward to the partnership.

As well as having Zhik as our prizes sponsor for the 2016 Nationals, the Association can also announce that due to the generosity of our builders, Hartley Boats, the entrance fee for the first 50 boats will be only £40 and after that it will be £80 entry (if payment received by 1 March 2016) and £95 entry (if payment received after 1 March 2016). A further discounted entry structure is in place for entries by the end of October including free association membership for new members to this growing class. So if you are quick you can get entry for an absolute bargain.

If that wasn't enough the Association is using a significant amount of its resources to provide some fantastic spot prizes. These include new sails, covers, entry to the nationals and Association membership. Some of these prizes will be for Mark 1 boats only, so it is worth even the oldest boat coming along for the long weekend.

The Class will be celebrating its 20th anniversary with a 3 course sit down meal during the nationals and original builder and designer Mark Giles will be joining us for the night. This already special event has become one not to miss!
