Oxford Team Racing Academy returns

The Oxford Team Racing Academy returns for the third season. The training is ideally suited to those sailors who have stopped sailing the RYA Youth Pathway classes & are looking to learn a new sailing skill before going to university.
Five weekends of Team Race training are planned at Farmoor Reservoir near Oxford.
Sailors apply individually, helms and crews will be assessed, and then teams formed, and a squad selected to attend the UKTRA finals. It is also intended that an under 18 team will participate in the BSDRA regional and final regattas during the summer term of 2016.
The dates are:
- 21/22 November
- 12/13 December
- 23/24 January
- 13/14 February
- 26/27 March
The OTRA programme can be booked at a discounted price of £250 for five weekends or for £60 per sailor per weekend. The OTRA camps are open to sailors over the age of 15 & under the age of 22, a maximum of 36 sailors.
