Laser Midland Grand Prix at Midland Sailing Club - Preview

On Sunday 26th July, Midland Sailing Club in Birmingham, will be hosting the latest round of the Laser Midland Grand Prix series for the first time since 1994!
Popularity of the Laser class at the club has been on the increase for some time and the enthusiasm of our laser members has resulted in reinstating the Laser Open in the club's calendar. On Sunday, are looking forward to giving a warm welcome to visiting laser sailors from the Laser Midland Grand Prix circuit.
Bacon rolls will be available on arrival, registration will be open from 9:15am with the race briefing scheduled for 10:30am and first race starting at 11:00am. Lunch is available from the galley followed by two back to back races in the afternoon.
Prizes are offered to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places plus first radial, first 4.7, first lady and first youth sailor.
So, if you fancy some serious competition within sight of Birmingham City centre, we'd love to see you.
