This weekend is likely to see the largest Crewsaver Millennium Series fleet of the year as the 2000 fleet descend on Thorney Island, the home of the Army Sailing Association, for MS4.
With 17 visitors pre-registered and a strong local contingent joining the fleet this looks to be a hotly contested event.
For those travellers who have not preregistered, some form of photo identification will be asked for at the guardhouse so don't forget it.
There will be 3 races per day with 5 to count, the briefing will be at 11:30 on Saturday and the first warning signal at 11:55. Camping available from £5 per night.
Following the previous race MS3 at Weston Sailing Club new leaders in the series have emerged and the Royal Air Force, in the form of Ali and Graham Barker, are showing the way. Rob and Sarah Burridge are pushing hard but the Sargent family in third are probably hoping local knowledge will complement their obviously high standard of sailing.
All is to play for in this the final Millennium series event before the Nationals in beautiful Abersoch.
