Adam Willmott from London and Debbie Degge from Redditch, Worcestershire have been crowned winners five and six, as the ilovesailing calendar competition 2015 reaches the mid-way point.
"It feels great for my picture to be chosen, it shows that sailing in the capital is active and represents London as home for sailing", commented Adam when asked about his win and his photo.
While Debbie commented: "I'm so pleased to win a Duck, I have been trying to win one for ages by taking part in the monthly caption competition without success. I took the photo of this Supernova from the rescue boat at my own Sailing Club, Bartley Green S.C. in Birmingham on a very cold day."
Adam and Debbie's winning images were picked from the 22 entries submitted during May. "Each month we receive loads of fantastic images that really show just how much people love sailing", commented ilovesailing co-ordinator Emma Slater. "With three more months to go until we have our final twelve images for the 2016 calendar, there is plenty of time for all those sailing fans out there to get their entry in and be in with a chance of seeing their picture in the calendar."
As well as claiming their spot on the 2016 calendar Adam and Debbie also win:
- Two tickets to the PSP Southampton Boat Show for the official prize giving
- Canvas print of their winning entry
- A copy of the final printed calendar
