Race Team Ready!

Race Team Ready!
2015 sees the start of a new P&B partnership with the well established and globally recognised marine brand Musto. Alongside this partnership Musto have released a new dinghy collection as well as re-designs of some of your favourite casual and technical clothing ranges.

With the P&B team already testing out the new gear it did not take long for this new partnership to taste success at the recent 505 World Championships and the Merlin Rocket Silver Tiller Series. This weekend the P&B / Musto Race Team heads south to Hayling Island with Dave Wade, Tom Stewart, Oli Wells and Ben McGrane all planning on putting the new Musto kit through it's paces on and off the water.

On The Water Kit On Show:
Musto Long John Wetsuit - £134.00 RRP£149.00
A superbly fitted wetsuit with super-glide comfort apertures to help get in and out easily, plus a titanium layer to help regulate body temperature.
Musto Dinghy Smock - £112.00 RRP£125.00
The Dinghy Smock delivers lightweight waterproof and windproof protection against the spray and wind as well as being available in a rather funky fire orange!
Musto Long Sleeve UV Vest - £35.00 RRP£35.00
A perfect layer for under your wetsuit or even an excellent top layer to stop you getting snagged in the boat.

Off The Water Kit On Show:
Musto Corsica Jacket - £130.50 RRP£145.00
A 2015 re-design, the Corsica jacket keeps you dry and warm even during high activity making it a great layer for on and off the water.
Musto Essential Evo Microfleece - £45.00 RRP£50.00
This lightweight and breathable microfleece zip neck top is an effective mid layer against the elements and a good looking casual garment for apres sail.
Musto Essential Evo UV Polo - Only £40.00
A great fast drying top which is suitable for many activities around the water and in the bar!

Why not find out what our race team think of the new kit when you see the P&B / Musto Race Team logo at your next event. Or call us on 01604 592808 and speak to one of our product experts who have the technical knowledge to answer any of your questions.

DON'T FORGET P&B have now introduced FREE DELIVERY on all orders £30 and over! (offer excludes sails, spars and foils and is to UK mainland only)

Race Day Essentials!
Race Day Essentials!
A recent newsletter from our Fareham branch included some 'Must Haves' from P&B racer Ben McGrane. This list got us thinking about the products we would always want to have at hand on race day. On this list would be a lightweight sailing cap, spare rope, electrical tape, spare gloves, sailing watch and some energy boosting sports nutrition. Make sure you're ready for racing by checking your kit bag for the necessary spares and essentials to keep you at the top of your game.

Kit Of The Week!
KIT of the WEEK!
Each week one of the P&B team will be looking into their kit bag and giving us an item that they simply wouldn't sail without!

This weeks 'Kit of the Week' comes from P&B's Lawrence Creaser who tried his hand at a bit of Solo sailing at our local club Northampton SC. Dipping his toes in the Pitsford waters was made easier with the Neilpryde Evolution Boot. Since the boot incorporated a wider fit the popularity of this classic re-make has increased and it's easy to see why. The rubber outer shell repels the water whilst the plush thermo lining provides the warmth needed in the cold water. This boot also offers excellent support around the ankles and the elastic laces make it easy to get the boot on and off in the dry or the wet.
