Hill Head Sailing Club opens its doors to everyone from 10am until 5pm on Sunday 10th May. Everyone is welcome to our open, relaxed and motivating environment. Our open day is being run in conjunction with the RYA Push the Boat Out initiative.

The day consists of water-based activities in the form of Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and Sailing taster sessions with qualified instructors on the water, no experience is required, kit will be provided and you can just turn up and give it a go. In conjunction with our taster session offering, the clubhouse will be open and members will be on call to show you around and talk to you about what we all get up to at the sailing club.

Just come along and we will get you on the water and if there is a small wait, you can enjoy our clubhouse and what we have to offer...

There will be a BBQ running from late morning through the afternoon, with also our club bar and kitchen providing refreshments. There will be a bouncy castle too.

Our day is aimed at creating a comfortable family environment for sure, but we are a club dedicated to RYA Start Sailing Training for all ages, Race Coaching, Club Racing, Dinghy and Cruiser recreational sailing and much more! Our club continues to diversify according to what our members want to do; we really are a club that keeps up with the times!
