The Clipper Round the World Yacht race is pleased to announce that the marine travel company will continue its role as Official Travel Partner for the 2015-16 edition of the world's longest race.

Clipper Race Director Justin Taylor says: "We are very happy to welcome the marine travel company back as our Official Travel Partner for the fourth consecutive time to service the extensive travel needs of the tenth edition Clipper Race.

"With nearly 700 crew expected to take part in the 2015-16 race, we are confident that MTA7 and the marine travel company continues to be the perfect partner to ensure travel arrangements to, from and during stopovers run as smoothly as possible and allow crew members to concentrate on getting the most out of their Clipper Race experience."

The Clipper Race is 40,000 nautical miles long and will take almost a year to complete, visiting up to fourteen stopover ports on six continents. Given its duration and complex global route, one of the major advantages of the marine travel company and its strategically placed MTA7 Global Partners which cover Asia, Australia, Europe, UK and the USA, work together offering a high quality service at the most cost effective prices 24/7/ 365 days a year.

Booking through the marine travel company allows access to our partner's globally negotiated marine fares, as well as the best prices on hotel bookings and car hire. Fares are fully flexible in case of delays and increased baggage allowance of 40 kgs which enables crew members to travel with all the kit needed to face the challenges ahead.

Dave Thompson MD of the marine travel company said: "We are delighted to be once again named as Official Travel Partner of the Clipper 2015-16 Round the World Yacht Race.

"The fact that the Clipper Race spans six continents and involves crew members from 40 different countries makes this a challenging crew logistics event. MTA7 and the marine travel company is looking forward to our Global Alliance being involved with more stopovers, giving flexible support and accommodation options to crew members Worldwide.
