"A remarkable year"
It's fair to say, 2014 has been another remarkable year for RS. More RS sailboats than ever before are being sailed across the world, the new RS Aero has hit the market by storm and 2015 is looking to be more exciting than ever before!
Starting our 20th anniversary year of awesome sailboats, the new kid on the block - the RS Aero, launched in March at the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show and has certainly made waves. With over 500 boats in the order books - to be distributed globally, and currently the Fleet Lift Off days are making their way around the UK.
For the younger sailors, the RS Aero 5 Squad has recently started, continuing in January and capturing the attention of many young RS Tera sailors.
Over the pond, the RS Aero had its debut in October at the Annapolis Sailboat Show, instantly winning 'Best One-Design Dinghy' Sailing World Boat of the Year 2015.

RS Venture Keel
The RS Venture Keel also launched earlier this year, has been a huge success for Sailability sailing. Many clubs and schools around the country have taken advantage of the new accessible sailing developments giving more people the opportunity to go sailing.
With the plug in and play Sailability pack, the RS Venture Keel is hugely versatile and great for sailing centres and schools offering both beginning courses and accessible sailing.
RS400 Anniversary National Championships at Mount's Bay
The event of the year went off with a bang - full range of weather conditions in the beautiful setting of Mount's Bay.
RS Feva Class
The RS Feva Class hit a new record with 184 boats from close to 20 different nations on the start line for the 2014 World Championships in Carnac, France. The Class is growing from strength to strength across the country, with many more sailing schools opting to introduce the Feva.
Bart's Bash
Bart's Bash in September saw a new Guinness Word Record smashed, as well as Sir Ben Ainslie sailing in the anniversary RS400. The event also saw the highest number of RS Sailboats in one place at Queen Mary SC - another record for sure.
