KIT of the WEEK!
Each week one of the P&B team will be looking into their kit bag and giving us an item that they simply wouldn't sail without.

'Kit of the Week' comes from P&B Sail Loft Manager Dave Wade who joined forces with P&B South's Ben McGrane and Oliver Vidal to take the SK2 out for it's second voyage using the NEW P&B sails. "Fickle" 5 knot winds greeted the strong fleet at Datchet SC but the three man team of Mcgrane, Wade and Vidal put in a great effort to finish 2nd overall in a virtually un-sailed boat. Dave's pick of the week was the Zhik Power Pads which were just as good under his drysuit as they had been under his Microfleece in the summer. Sticking in place, whilst being comfortable and super durable made these pads excellent for hiking out in a bigger boat where shifting your weight is crucial.

The Sail-loft at P&B has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Northampton based Sail-Loft team.

As a Sail Maker, you will be making Championship winning sails, covers and accessories for World Champions. With training provided on the job, no previous experience is necessary.

As a member of our P&B work force you would have the opportunity to represent the company at shows such as the RYA Dinghy Show, having first hand contact with our existing and potential customer base. As a P&B employee you would also have the opportunity to join the Zhik P&B Race Team, competing in events across the country alongside some of the nations most talented sailors.
