Pevensey Bay Sailing Club are expecting a bumper turn out for their Topper and Laser open meeting this Saturday. With a blazing hot day and a south westerly breeze forecast the club will be providing free camping for all entrants on Friday and Saturday night.

Impromptu BBQs and social banter will be the prelude to some of the fiercest Topper and Laser racing on the South Coast this Saturday.

With four races scheduled on the Saturday it promises to be a competitive and very social event.

Registration:

Registration will be from 09:30 hrs Saturday 14th June 2014 in the main room of the clubhouse. The briefing will not be before 10:00 hrs. Entry fee - £20 (to include a main course lunch and post race tea and cake).

Schedule of racing:

4 races are scheduled. It is likely to be two sets of 2 races back to back, depending on conditions. The warning signal for the first race will be at 10.55 hrs.

Planned race duration for each race is approx 45 minutes. Course(s) to be sailed will be posted on the board by the clubhouse entrance on the day.
