RS Tera fleet look forward to Northern Championships next weekend

by Jennie Clark 28 Apr 2014 18:40 BST 3-4 May 2014

Hot on the heels on an amazing RS Tera Start of Season Championships hosted by Northampton SC, the RS Tera fleet look forward to their Northern Championships next weekend which will be sailed at Leigh and Lowton SC.

This is the start of the 2014 Northern Travellers series and based on the level of entries, expertise and competition shown at Northampton it's going to be a great season!

Racing takes place on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 May, and with a day off on Monday for the Bank Holiday we hope this will encourage people to travel from further afield for what promises to be a super weekend of racing and socialising.

Further details on the class association website (www.rstera.org), Northern Tera website (www.rsteranorth.co.uk) and from Leigh and Lowton SC's website (www.llsc.org.uk). Here's to more Tera-fic sailing!

Online entry deadline extended

Leigh and Lowton SC, hosts for this weekend's RS Tera Northern Championships, have extended the deadline for on-line entry, which will now close on 2 May rather than 30 April. Entering on line is a huge help to the club as it allows them to prepare for the event and it also saves competitors some money too! It's looking like being a great event.
