Sail Maker
P&B have a rare opportunity for an aspiring or experienced Sail Maker. Based at our (Northampton) HQ.
The successful candidate will work as part of our successful sail loft team, the role includes all aspects of sail making, cover making and general sail repairs; alongside this there is the opportunity to join the high profile P&B Race Team and as part of the role you are expected not only to be passionate about sailing but to go, sail and enjoy!

Boat Repairer / Fitter
P&B now have a temporary (with a view to make permanent) opportunity to join our busy workshop team.
Based at our (Northampton) HQ, the successful candidate will work along side other boat repairers and fit out specialists, to maintain, refurbish and repair boats. This will require working in a variety of materials including GRP, wood and carbon. The ideal candidate will have a practical knowledge of the tooling required for boat repair and will have an understanding of sailing. Previous sailing experience looked at favourably.

Boat Builder
Due to high demand and a consistent volume of work P&B are now looking for an experienced Boat Builder and Repairer to be based at our Fareham branch.
The successful candidate will primarily work with GRP and assisting with carbon fibre projects and repairs as required.
As expected the nature of the work requires a high attention to detail, continuing the culture of ensuring best quality for customers at all times, a reputation that has made P&B a leading name in the sailing industry over the past 25 years.
