B14 Inland Championships at Queen Mary Sailing Club - Preview

26-27 October 2013
The B14 Inlands take place this weekend at Queen Mary SC. With most of the big guns attending, Johnny Ratcliffe will be fronting Seavolution. So the Anthill Mob, as a team, will be the sole missing top team.
Saturday is currently looking to be a good 12–17 knots with some gusts and flat water. Sunday is open to interpretation at this time and may or may not happen.
So it looks as if it will be a series that will go to the wire. Having a decent breeze should give the heavier teams there first chance at winning since the Nationals in May, but you cannot ever write off the lighter teams such as Team Torq/Leaky Pipes.
Sharing the venue with the Cherubs, we should see a good turnout from as far as Swansea, Falmouth and other areas to the north, south and east. We must not forget Saturday night festivities as well.
So come to QMSC and see...or if you have a B14 join in some great close racing.
