Open Day at Budworth Sailing Club on 11th May

Please join us for this fun day out for all the family. Come and try a boat and see what the club has to offer. We have boats to borrow, experienced helms ready to take visitors for a sail, racing to watch and the galley is open for refreshments. Special offers on membership fees.

Our club is situated on a pretty Cheshire mere close to the village of Great Budworth. We have fleet and handicap racing, open events, busy social programme and training for beginners and intermediates. The club house is modern with great changing facilities and a well supported bar for the usual after sailing relaxation.

Our fleets are Fireball, GP14, RS200, Snipe, Firefly, Solo, Laser, Topper and Optimist. All fleets are very active at open events. Last year we sent 3 teams to the Southport 24 hour race and we win the turnout prize every year at Abersoch Dinghy Week. It's a fun club for all the family.

Final round of the 2022 Northern Area Traveller Series The final round of the 2022 Northern Area Solo Traveller Series took place at Budworth Sailing Club on 8th October.
