Sunsail Season Shakedown – The Chiller
By Terry Hunt, Sunsail on 6 Feb3 March 2012Last year the Chiller attracted 20 teams to one-design racing © Sunsail
With only just over 3 weeks to go until the season opener, The Chiller, Sunsail Racing’s season looks set to be another very busy year.
If you would like to get a slice of the action, then why not come along for our opening event on Saturday 3rd March.
Pick the boat up on Friday night and join us the Portsmouth Harbour Yacht Club for a nice friendly meal and social night before the racing on Saturday.
The plan is for 3 races (weather permitting) and to be finished and back in Port Solent, moored up for about 5pm. Prize giving will then follow back in the yacht club.
If you wish to charter the F40 for the whole weekend, then why not and make the most of the weekend.
Last year the Chiller attracted 20 teams. It offers everyone the chance to enjoy some one design yacht racing on board one of the 42 Sunsail F40’s.
An F40 can be chartered for only £695 for the Saturdays racing or £845 for the whole weekend or £105 for an individuals place.
