Last minute places on Raymarine Training Courses

by Raymarine / ADPR 21 Oct 2008 22:04 BST

There are just a few remaining places available on the Raymarine radar training courses taking place this year, so book now to avoid having to wait until Spring!

The courses run by expert instructor Alan Watson offer an excellent opportunity to find out how to use radar and Raymarine equipment to its full potential. Each participant will be trained on a dedicated E120 multifunction display, for maximum hands on experience.

With more than 15 years experience, Alan, who trained and served as a Merchant Navy Electronics Officer, holds a Board of Trade Certificate for the maintenance of radar.

In addition to gaining a greater understanding of radars, Alan will be providing technical advice and demonstrations on how the Raymarine E Series multifunction display works with AIS.

The day-long courses cost £85 + VAT per person and include a welcome pack, lunch and morning and afternoon tea and coffee. Raymarine dealers, local to each area, will also be on hand to assist and provide technical advice if required.

The dates and venues with spaces available are:

25/10/08, Eastbourne, East Sussex, Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club
31/10/08, Brantham, Suffolk, Precision Navigation
01/11/08, Brantham, Suffok, Precision Navigation
