Rooster 8.1s at Haversham this Saturday

The first open meeting for the Rooster 8.1 class of 2008 will start at Haversham this weekend and it's going to be perfect 8.1 conditions with 10 knots forecast! There is talk of some Phantom sailors coming along to take advantage of the £15 to hire a rig as well as support from the local 8.1 fleet at Haversham so the turnout is expected to be good.
Four races are scheduled for the event with three to count; two fifty minutes races back to back before lunch and two after lunch. A competitor’s briefing will be held in front of the club balcony at 10.30.
1st Race start 11.00hrs
2nd Race start 12.10hrs
3rd Race start 14.00hrs
4th Race start 15.10hrs
The scheduled time of the warning signal for the first race is 10.55. The club postcode for satellite navigation systems is MK19 7DX.
