I can understand (though not neccesarily agree with) some of their points but the press release doesn't read well for the neutral and really reads like the toys, dummy, blankets and everything have been thrown otu fo the pram.

Its a press release, so it doesn't have to be unbiased. They should have gone with the 45s 2 years ago if they were going to reduce the boat size - this all smacks of Oracle wanting to gain unfair advantage, again.

Y&Y must be kicking themselves. Yesterday the mag dropped through the letterbox with a big article about Luna Rossa...

If i had entered the americas cup and half the teams decided to change it into a normal sailing comp with nearly OD boats i would withdraw too, seems pretty reasonable

However, the press release from AC signed by the remaining skippers i thought was disgusting
