I know we all know Noble are good...

Broke the boom on my Laser yesterday, completed the claim form and new boom is now on order for delivery tomorrow.

Top job again Noble, means I can sail on Wednesday :-).

I had a similar experience last year. Managed to bend both upper and lower Radial mast sections in one bad launch. Both new ones in my hand by the weekend. Great service.

Boom has arrived this morning, means I can sail tomorrow now  Smile (as long as i remember the roof bars so i can get it from work to the club as it does not fit in my car.

I've had great service after my kestrel mast broke not so long ago.  New mast ready for collection this week - only late because of my own dithering.

I should also add that they have put together my very own bespoke multi boat insruance policy for me.  One policy for all the boats in use.  So much easier to manage than having to remember lots of different renewal dates etc, and didn't affect the speed efficiency of the kestrel claim covered by it at all.  There's a huge amount to be said for knowing your insurer and getting good personal service.
