After a Laser, a Solo will be slow, a B14 if I am right is a hiking version of an I14, N12 similar to a 200,

Of the ones you list, I'd say Vortex, but you need to work out if you are going to sail with a crew or not.
What about looking for a Contender, or a cheap RS600 for a bit of a laugh.

i've sailed my helms solo and found it really comfortable while hiking he also own a 600 which i didn't like as you look like a giant on the racks and i just didn't like it at all
btw just to clarify things he's the one how owns almost ever boat ever made
i workmate of mine if leaving for new zealand and has a vortex which be bought last year and sailed like 3 times so if i can get it in my price range i think it would be good fun to sail

If you want an N12 I'm selling one (called dissipation), It's a street legal on the website, I like them to sail. But I'd have to say a vortex if you have the space is a laugh. And a 5.9 if you have a Cat friendly club would be awesome!
