Turns out that the sandwiches are £3 per pack but the Innocent smoothies were £4 each!  I e-mailed 'Innocent' suggesting that I might have paid a record breaking price and they replied with:

"Thanks for your e-mail. That does sound like a record, although I should point out our RRP for the little bottles is more like £1.79-£1.99 but it's up to stockists as to how much they want to charge for them. We can't force them to sell at a specific price, so unfortunately if they want to charge £4 a bottle, they can."

So there !

I left my drink in the car.

Much annoyed once I saw the price of drinks on-site.

You can't blame the RYA or show organisers for that I'm afraid. They are
caterers, contracted by Alexandra Palace and a total rule unto themselves.

Altough the pint's were what you would expect to pay at a pub and the food was generally what you'd expect to pay if you went out into london and got something to eat.

Absolutely, I totally agree, you always expect to pay a premium at these venues however in this case I reckon that the caterers were really taking the mickey,

Thanks Tom, that's exactly what I thought..........Wikipedia says: " He likes marmalade sandwiches and cocoa, and has an endless capacity for getting into trouble. However, he is known to "try so hard to get things right"........as for Marmite
