are claims that simple - yes with noble. put my claim in sunday evening, boom is on the way from LDC as of yesterday and the sail is being collected for repairs today. that means i dont miss a weekend of sailing. once again i would like to thank noble marine for the outstanding service. GarethT - how did your claim go? |

All seems to be straightforward. Took the boat to Ian Porter on Monday evening, Noble approved to proceed by Tuesday lunchtime. Hope to have him back on the water at the weekend |

It's not good to think that whoever did the damage just walked away - were there no other witnesses? I suppose kids would be a bit scared to own up to it...

It was a crowded pre-start, there was no damage apparent from inside the boat and he's is only 9, so I can forgive him for not being able to point the finger. I'm happy that the his version of events is consistent with the damage, and it wasn't his fault! The trouble with regatta fleet racing in oppies is you do get some children who really don't understand their obligations to avoid others. |

Big thumbs up to both Noble and Ian Porter in Emsworth. Just picked up the boat, looking as good as new. No fuss with the claim and my boy hasn't even missed a day's sailing. |

Gareth,
I'm glad to hear that everything was fixed quickly and to your satisfaction. It has always been our aim to work with repairers and other suppliers to ensure that our clients are back out on the water again as quickly as possible. Jon |

Old thread but another big thumbs up from me about Nobles - Claim for smashed mast and shredded jib was responded to next day with request for photos of damage. Claim was approved the morning after they were sent. Picking mast etc up from Ovi at 9er open this weekend. Excellent service . |

I have to say thanks to Nobel too. They are fair. I broke a mast this time last year and I had a new one just as fast as they could organise it. Considering the service the premium is excellent. If you sail a high performance boat, week end week out they are the company to go for. |

Had no problem with towergate who paid out for a new daggerboard for the B14, all despite me only owning it for a week and them only having had £11 of my premium as i opted to pay monthly..... New board winging its way to me so can get back out on the water ASAP.
