Orange II broke the 24hr record elevating it from 706nm to 756nm.

The very next day they lifted it further 766.8nm averaging 31.9 knots.

Orange is attempting to break Playstation's trans Atlantic record and are well on the way to blowing it completely out of the water.

I've a feeling there is more to come from Orange.  Could they manage a controlled (and this is the key) hull fly for 24hrs as we try and do sailing beach cats?

Interesting observation from the ECPR this weekend when watching the GPS; when the hull just lifts out the speed (almost) instantly jumped a knot and then continued rising slowly as going out on the wire etc, It was remarkable, hull up; knot up on speed

Had a good talk by Hugh Styles just before the Weston Tornado Open. He started with you all want to be monohull sailors! Nearly got lynched but it does make sense. Keep that hull up! but not too far

By the time we had finished short taking up the coast on Sunday, our tacking was just coming good. The tide was really ripping just off the pier

Well done Orange2 - and they showed another advantage of a Cat - when they broke a rudder, they had a spare on the other hull!
